The 2014 Winery Energy Saver Toolkit (WEST) is designed to help you identify, prioritise and action energy efficiency improvements for wine manufacturing. It covers energy efficiency opportunities in six key technology areas, representative of over 90% of an SME winery’s energy consumption, identified by the South Australian Wine Industry Association through engagement with its members.
