Why are registrations closing?
Registrations are closing so required works can be accurately forecast, scheduled and completed. The flood clean-up support program will conclude once all eligible works required by registrants are complete.

Beyond 13 October 2023 registrations will be taken on a case-by-case basis, and will be accepted for exceptional circumstances only.
How long after I register can I expect assistance?
Once you have registered, within 3 business days you will be contacted by your assigned Case Manager from Johns Lyng Disaster Management Australia (JL-DMA). Your Case Manager will seek to gain an understanding of your circumstances and discuss next steps.
